Order fulfillment time

After receiving the acceptance of the order we will start processing it and you will be informed how about the progress of our work. 

Date of receiving the goods = shipping day + delivery time

Shipping day depends on the availability of products and selected method of payment, while the delivery time depends on the method of delivery that was chosen.

Availability of products

Next to each product there is an information of how much time might be needed to ship it, from 24 hours to few days, or sometimes even a week or two (in the case of products that are less available). We do our best to ensure that all the products that we offer correspond to current status on our stocks. However, it may happen that the actual delivery time may be longer – we will immediately let you know if it happens.

If you order more products, the shipping time for the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest delivery time.

1. UPS  – company guarantees delivery  within 2-5 days from the date of shipment.
