Description
12V (cigarette lighter) power socket by DEFA for SmartCharge chargers
Power socket manufactured by Norwegian company DEFA commonly called cigarette lighter works with 12V power supply. The product is dedicated to work with car, boat, small truck battery chargers (chargers) "SmartCharge". The socket is made of high quality plastic elements, has a 10A fuse, the cable length is 2m.
Note: part number 701759 is required to connect with SmartCharge by DEFA.
Additional notes:
- connect the cable to the battery (red +/blue -),
- maximum power of the socket must not exceed 120W/10A,
- the connector has an external standard of IP 65 with the protection closed,
- the connector has an internal IP20 standard,
- the protruding power wires at the rear of the socket should be directed downwards to avoid water / moisture penetration into the connector,
- the cover should always be closed when the socket is not in use.
